Overview
The error message is shown when a connection to a remote FTP or FTPS server is required but is not found. The Remote FTP Command requires an active connection that is established using the Connect to FTP Action.
Event examples
See an example of the FTP connection not found Event message:
- Connection "My FTP Connection" not found. Use "Connect to FTP" Action.
Solution
Make sure that your Task workflow has a connection to FTP server before executing a remote FTP command. Also, check that the connection name specified in the Connect to FTP Action is the same as for the Remote FTP Command Action, otherwise the error will be shown.
