Video · A video tutorial that demonstrates how to set up an automated Task that watches a specific folder for new .zip files. When a new file appears, the Unzip Files Action is automatically executed that extracts all .pdf and .docx files from the archive.
The workflow is later improved to extract files in a folder that is named after today's date, demonstrating use of dynamic variables. It is possible to further enhance the workflow to send an email message when a new .zip file has arrived, or even upload newly extracted files to any Cloud and FTP server.
The intuitive interface with Task creation and configuration Wizards will lead you through the Task design process without requiring scripting skills or preliminary training. It is easy to automate anything and anywhere with this no-code automation platform.
