The tutorial shows how to configure the SFTP Watcher Trigger, which detects new or existing files, and how to add Actions that download the file, run a business application for processing, and then move the file into an archive folder organized by year and month.
The video uses PDF invoices as an example. In real-world scenarios, the same workflow can handle any file type, trigger business apps, maintain an archive structure, and even automate printing or other post-processing tasks.
