It shows how to configure the Task Scheduler Trigger to check the folder every minute, use the List Files Action to filter files modified within the last hour, and apply the If Action to compare the list is empty.
The example uses file flow monitoring, but in real-world scenarios, the same workflow can watch any folder, detect interruptions, and notify employees by email, sound alert, or a custom app.
