This is an upcoming feature. HTML Decode is planned for general availability in version 10.1.Automation Workshop includes the HTML Decode Action that converts named, decimal numeric, and hexadecimal numeric HTML entities back into their corresponding characters. Encoded content such as &, &, and & can be restored to readable text or HTML markup for further processing.
Input can be entered directly or supplied dynamically through Variable Wizard. Choose whether entities are decoded once, twice, or recursively across multiple passes, then configure invalid entity handling and optional result storage.

Usage examples
- Restore HTML-encoded text received from websites, APIs, forms, email content, or external systems.
- Decode reserved characters such as
&,<,>, quotation marks, and single quotation marks. - Convert numeric character references back into Unicode characters and readable multilingual text.
- Process content that has been encoded more than once by selecting two-pass or recursive decoding.
- Decode HTML markup before extracting elements, comparing values, saving content, or passing it to another Action.
- Preserve invalid entity text for tolerant processing or fail immediately when strict validation is required.
