  • Q: What are the minimum system requirements?
  • A: To run ieZoom toolbar, an IBM compatible PC computer with Windows 98 (or higher) operating system and MS Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher) is required. Windows XP with latest Internet Explorer version is strongly recommended.
  • Q: I've just installed ieZoom toolbar. Where is it?
  • A: If ieZoom toolbar does not appear in your browser window, make sure that ieZoom toolbar is not located on the right of some another toolbar. If it is not there, select View - Toolbars and make sure if ieZoom option is checked. In older versions of Internet Explorer browser toolbars are called Radio. Try to check those Radio options that are unchecked to enable ieZoom toolbar. Read more about toolbar management.
    If it is still not there, open Tools - Internet Options, select Advanced tab and make sure that if Enable third-party browser extensions is enabled in Browser section.
  • Q: I really care for my privacy, what is your policy?
  • A: We believe user privacy to be of the highest importance. ieZoom toolbar does not collects or sends over the Internet any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Read more about ieZoom toolbar Privacy Policy terms.
  • Q: My toolbar appears, but why it does not work?
  • A: Make sure that you have met the minimum system requirements. Namely, check if you have Internet Explorer version 5.5 (or higher). If it still does not work after IE update, try to reinstall ieZoom toolbar.

  • A: Processor, any Pentium and beginning from CPU 486 or greater with Windows 98 (or higher) operating system. About 500 KB of hard disk space. Febooti fileTweak works on all Microsoft Windows versions such as 2000 / XP / Vista / Windows 7 / 2003 Server / 2008 Server.
  • Q: Why the files time doesn't change properly?
  • A: Not all file systems can record creation and last access time and not all file systems record them in the same manner. For example, on Windows NT FAT, create time has a resolution of 10 milliseconds, write time has a resolution of 2 seconds, and access time has a resolution of 1 day. On NTFS, access time has a resolution of 1 hour. The precision of the time for a file in a FAT file system is 2 seconds. Read more about file date.
  • Q: How to make Windows 95 / 98 / Me unload unnecessary DLL's?
  • A: Start RegEdit.exe from Start - Run menu. Now, navigate to the following directory:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
    Now create a sub-key named AlwaysUnloadDLL and set its default value equal to 1.
  • Q: How to change file attributes on a CD?
  • A: If you have a CD-RW in standard mode there is no way to change files on CD. But, using DLA (Drive Letter Access) or similar standard, there is feature to act with CD drives like with files on your HDD (Hard disk drive). To use this feature, you must use DLA (Hewlett Packard software) driver from your CD-RW hardware manufacturer. Most of them come with your CD device. If not, try to look at hardware manufacturer web site. For HP CD drives visit HP Desktop PCs - Drive Letter Access site. Another technology is NERO InCD.
  • Q: Why is fileTweak accessing Internet?
