Overview
Else Action has failed due to unavailability to determine its scope within If Action. Most commonly the Action Else failed error event is caused when Else Action is not associated with a condition, namely, If, If File, If Folder, If Service, or If App Action.
Solution
Check indentation to verify which Else Actions are connected to which If Actions (associated If and Else Actions have the same indent). Verify the list of Actions in the Task settings to ensure that no Else Action is highlighted which indicates errors in Task design.

Every Else Action has to be associated with particular If, If File or If Folder Action.
