Overview
The message Starting Service indicates that the Start & Stop Service Action has initiated the process of starting (or stopping, restarting, resuming, pausing) the service successfully.
As these operations do not happen instantly, the Event 400002 may be displayed subsequently, depending on the waiting settings that have been configured.
