File & Folder Watcher can be effectively linked with the Actions that will know which files have triggered the process, and to use these files as part of automatic response to situation, that can be really versatile (e.g., send these files as attachments, notify administrator, copy, backup, compress, delete, open, print or run one of other Actions that can either do something with monitored file or perform some other Task).
