Overview
The warning message 64-bit OS required suggests that you are either running a 32-bit Windows version or a 32-bit Automation Workshop is running on 64-bit Windows. A 64-bit Windows version is required to support CPU core pinning for systems with over 32 logical processors.

Note
It is highly recommended to use a 64-bit version of Automation Workshop when possible, even if your workstation or server has less than 32 logical CPUs. Processor affinity modifications are better supported by 64-bit Windows.
