Overview

The error indicates that the Download File from Website Action failed to download or save a file from the specified URL. It may be preceded by additional error messages that provide more detailed information about the cause of the failure.

Internet and web-related Actions can encounter a wide range of errors originating from the local system, network, or remote service. Depending on the configuration and operation, additional Event messages may report general, authentication and OAuth, SSL/TLS, file, connection, and other related errors.

For the Download File from Website Action, failures can occur while accessing the remote resource or while saving the downloaded data—for example, when the server cannot be reached, a request is rejected, a connection times out, or the destination folder or file cannot be accessed. Solution

Review the error details and any preceding Event messages to determine the cause of the failure. Verify the source URL, network connectivity, Web Profile settings, authentication, and other request options as applicable.

Also verify that the destination folder exists and that Automation Workshop has sufficient permissions and available storage to save the downloaded file.
