After removing whitespace characters from the text string, the Trim Text Action stores both original and resulting text strings as Variable Wizard dynamic values that can be automatically retrieved by other Actions in the same Task.

New trimmed text Returns the text string after removing leading or trailing whitespace characters.

New length Returns the trimmed text length in characters.
Examples:
  • 2
  • 16

Original text Returns the original text before trimming.
Examples:
  • 000017
  •  mail@example.com   
  • “Unicode ❤️ awesome”
Completion statusRetrieve Action execution status with a possible value—Successful or Failed. Or Empty, if Action has not been executed yet.
