Overview
This error indicates that the Send Email Action failed to write a file, such as an .EML or log file.
Cause
Possible causes include an invalid file name or path, an existing read-only file, insufficient write permissions for the user account running Automation Workshop, an inaccessible or read-only local or network location, or insufficient disk space.
Solution
Verify whether specified path or folder name does not contain characters that are not allowed in folder name. Ensure that there is not a read-only file with the same name as specified for EML or log file saving.
Login with administrator account to set appropriate permissions. To set permissions, open Security tab in specified folder properties, choose user account on which Automation Workshop is executed and mark necessary checkboxes. Verify if specified drive and location is accessible and is not read only. Check if the specified disk has enough free space.
