Change file date allows modifying all three file time properties: created time, modified time and last accessed time. Choose which times attributes to change: one, two or all three attributes. Modify year, month, day, hour, minutes and seconds for selected file by entering appropriate value in text field or use spin buttons. In order to safely change file date, select "Don't apply to System files" checkbox. Some Windows versions do not refresh its file list. In order to refresh file list, press F5 on keyboard or choose View - Refresh from Windows Explorer menu bar.
