Overview
This error indicates that the Rename Folder Action failed to rename the specified folder.
Cause
Possible causes include an invalid folder name or path, a source folder that does not exist, a folder with the new name already existing at the specified location, insufficient write permissions for the user account running Automation Workshop, an inaccessible or read-only local or network location, or insufficient disk space.
Solution
Verify whether specified path or folder name does not contain characters that are not allowed in folder name. Check whether a folder with specified name is present in specified location. Check if the new name of a folder does not match the names of already existing folders.
Login with administrator account to set appropriate permissions. To set permissions, open Security tab in specified folder properties, choose user account on which Automation Workshop is executed and mark necessary checkboxes. Verify if specified drive and location is accessible and is not read only. Check if the specified disk has enough free space.
SMB signing required?
The device hosting the share may not support SMB signing or may not have it enabled. Enable SMB signing on the server or NAS if possible. Alternatively, the requirement can be relaxed on the affected computer, but this reduces protection and should only be used on trusted networks.
