Overview
The error message indicates that there was a problem accessing the specified file to retrieve its information.
Cause
The file might be inaccessible due to various reasons:
- The specified path does not exist.
- The specified file does not exist.
- User's credentials do not grant access to specified folder or file.
- Network path or server can not be reached.
- No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

Solution
Verify that the path and file exists and is accessible. Ensure that the proper user credentials are specified in the Run As tab of the Task.
