Failed to create a thread

OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that Automation Workshop service has failed to create a thread. As a consequence Triggers are not initialized and Tasks can not be executed. This indicates a rather critical Windows state which renders Automation Workshop partly or fully inoperative. Possible reason is that either system is low on resources such as memory or kernel objects, lots of simultaneous Tasks are running. As a solution it might be tried to restart the computer and, if the problem persists, to repair Windows or contact system administrator.
