Configure extra settings for the Get Webpage Content Action. Use these options to fine-tune request behavior, response handling, and compatibility with specific websites or web servers.

Extra settings are optional and are typically used only when a website, server, proxy, or workflow requires special handling beyond the standard Action configuration.

List of settingsDefine extra settings applied when retrieving webpage content, including request behavior, response handling, compatibility, and other optional web communication details. For instance:
  • Transfer engine · Fine-tune data transfer, compression, certificate validation, diagnostics, and response processing behavior.
  • Connection & retries · Adjust connection timeout, automatic retry behavior, and handling of recoverable connection failures.
  • Smart Rename · Customize automatic filename numbering and padding when output files with matching names already exist.

  • Extra settings are configured separately for each Action. They affect only the selected Action and do not change global Internet & Web settings or Web Profile configuration.
