Service event warning Failed to authenticate a client indicates that the Automation Workshop client could not connect to Automation Workshop Service. As a consequence data exchange between client and Service is not possible which means that Tasks are not updated, logs are not displayed in Automation Workshop Manager as well as other probable shortcomings are in place.
Most possible cause of inability of Automation Workshop Manager to connect to the Service is that of the wrong password. Verify the password in the Workshop tab of Options (from the Tools menu). If necessary, log in with administrator account and change the password in Automation Workshop options.
Enter correct password or, if that is not possible, log in with administrator account and change password in Automation Workshop options.
