Monitor files · Automation Workshop includes File & Folder Watcher that can monitor files for changes and start Task which, in turn, responds to these changes by performing one or multiple user-specified Actions.

To monitor files (rather than folders), just specify the folder to monitor and select the monitor files option. The options to monitor files with specific names, extensions or attributes are available in the Exclude tab. The Conditions tab allows to monitor files by the type of changes that have happened to them, namely, to monitor files for being created, modified, deleted or renamed, as well as to monitor files for count or size.
