Registration FAQ covers the most common questions related to Febooti Software product registration issues.

  • Q: I want to register product but I do not have a registration key. Where to get it?
  • A: In order to obtain registration key, you should purchase Febooti Software product. Before you buy, you can download and try our trial versions for absolutely FREE, and after then purchase product from our ordering page.
  • Q: Where is the registration key / serial number?
  • A: After finishing online order form, mail will be sent to your email address. All the registration information will be inside - usually it is user name and registration key. If there are any problems to find your registration key, please contact our sales department.
  • Q: I have received my registration key, but where must I enter / use it?
  • A: Since each Febooti Software product Graphical User Interface (GUI) is different, each product requires following registration steps:
    • Febooti Automation Workshop (order):
      Select Enter Product Key from Help menu and enter registration information.
    • Febooti Command line email (order):
      Select Register Febooti Command line email from Start menu, and enter registration information.
    • Febooti ieZoom toolbar (order):
      Press key button (the most right one) on the toolbar or select Register Now from ieZoom toolbar menu, and enter registration information.
    • Febooti fileTweak (order):
      On any file click right mouse button, select Properties. Go to About tab, and enter registration information.
  • Q: I have lost my registration key. Where to get new one?
  • A: If for any reason you have lost your registration key, contact our sales or support department with your First name, Last name and approximate purchase date. Give us less than one business day, and we will send reply back to your email address with your registration information for absolutely FREE.
  • Q: If I purchase a software product from your web site, will I receive the program on a disk?
  • A: By default all our products are sold as an ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) and can be downloaded from the Internet only. However, when you are purchasing product, optionally you can purchase a CD.
  • Q: If I purchase a software product will I receive the next version for free? What is the upgrade policy?
  • A: After you become a registered user of a Febooti Software product, you will receive minor and, for some products, major future versions of this product for FREE! For more details see license.txt in product installation folder.
  • Q: I have the trial version of Febooti Software product installed. Do I need to reinstall it when I purchase the full (registered) version of the product?
  • A: No. You don't need to reinstall the product. You may continue to use already installed product. To get a fully functioning version all that is required is to enter valid registration information.
  • Q: I have other question not covered here. What to do?
  • A: If you have a question that was not covered in this registration FAQ, please contact our support department. Usually within next hour you will receive an answer. In same cases this may take a little bit longer time.
