show / hide Internet Explorer toolbar

Febooti ieZoom toolbar is designed to be used exclusively in conjunction with Internet Explorer. As a browser toolbar it gives additional functionality which is not originally provided by Internet Explorer. These additional options are accessible either by using predefined or user customized hot keys or by clicking with mouse cursor on toolbar buttons.

Users experienced in working mainly with keyboard may want to pull IE toolbar to right hand screen border in order to diminish space occupied by ieZoom toolbar and still maintain programs functionality. However, if it is not the case and browser toolbar just does not show up or is hard to find in contrary to expectations, it is recommended to proceed with the following steps to make toolbar appear.

If toolbar is listed there, but does not appear in Internet Explorer, there are some common possible causes rendering internet toolbar inaccessible. Go over the following options to make toolbar appear on screen:

  • Open View - Toolbars in Internet Explorer and verify if Febooti ieZoom toolbar is both listed and enabled. Try to disable it and re-enable again for a couple of times.
  • Verify if Enable third-party browser extensions is checked in Internet Explorer Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab's Browsing section. If it is not checked, make the necessary adjustments, restart Internet Explorer and look for browser toolbar.
  • If IE toolbar still is not visible, maybe it is just hidden beyond the screen. Try to check at right hand screen margin if there is a small part of ieZoom toolbar visible. It may sometimes happen that toolbars interact with each other, resulting in particular Internet Explorer toolbar being shifted outside the screen. Try moving browser toolbars to different locations in order to sort out where exactly is each Internet Explorer toolbar located. It might be necessary to unlock IE toolbars in order to move them.
  • Try re-installing ieZoom internet toolbar. Either locate and run Uninstall Febooti ieZoom toolbar shortcut in Febooti ieZoom toolbar program group on start menu or press Change / Remove button in Add or Remove Programs window located in Settings - Control Panel. After uninstall procedure, download toolbar installation package from Febooti website and follow the installation wizard to customize toolbar settings.
