Download FAQ covers most common issues that might arise on rare occasion during downloading files from Febooti Software website.

  • Q: I'm having problems downloading file(s) from the febooti.com site. What can I do?
  • A: For all the Febooti Software product versions, updates and / or upgrade patches, febooti.com provides high quality download links. Therefore, if the download failed, please try again.
    If you have tried downloading file several times but are still having problems, please check your Internet connection to make sure your connection is working properly. If you are sure your Internet connection is fine, it could be a problem with our server or problem with connection between our server and your computer. Sometimes this occurs when the Internet is at its busiest, but the situation will only be temporary. Please try downloading again after a couple of minutes or hours.
    If there still are problems downloading files, please report your downloading problem to Febooti Software support team department, so we can help you download files you want.
  • Q: My Febooti Software product was purchased online and I had trouble downloading it. What can I do?
  • A: After ordering, usually you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase in next five, ten minutes. Download and contact information will also be included. Use that contact information for any assistance.

  • Q: I've downloaded file, but it seems that file is corrupted. How to check if file is completely downloaded?
  • A: It is possible that sometimes files are not completely downloaded. If you have not completely downloaded the entire installation package, you will see errors when trying to install and / or installation will be unsuccessful. To ensure that file is downloaded correctly, please check your downloaded file size with size listed below.

  • Q: My Internet transmission quality is very average and the file size of Febooti Software products is too large for me to download. How to download file anyway?
  • A: Febooti Software does its best to keep the file sizes to an absolute minimum. For example, typical installation file will be approximately 300KB small. However, if you are experiencing problem downloading, please try using a download software that supports resume downloading. Since both the Febooti site and the download program support resume downloading, the download software will always download files from where it was disconnected the last time.
  • Q: I can't download .exe files because these files are blocked by my ISP (Internet Service Provider). Is there any other download formats available?
  • A: If you are experience problems downloading executable .exe files you may try to download the same file but in .zip (compressed) or .msi file format. This may happen if your ISP (Internet Service Provider) not allows to downloading any .exe files in order to protect you from viruses and / or trojan programs. Even if file is virus free, your ISP blocks this file type. Therefore for all the Febooti Software products and files related to Febooti Software, we offer .exe, .zip and / or .msi files.
    After downloading .zip file, you must uncompress it with WinZip or any other zip compatible program, to any folder and run .exe installation file.
  • Q: I have other question not covered here. What to do?
  • A: If you have a question that was not covered in this downloading FAQ, please contact our support department. Usually within next hour you will receive an answer. In same cases this may take a little bit longer time.
