Automation Workshop installation folders and list of files

  • Q: What files are created during installation of Automation Workshop?
  • A: By default Automation Workshop setup offers to install all files in the Program Files folder. In turn, when using Automation Workshop, Task files and Log files are saved into User folders. See below for detailed list of folder and files used by Automation Workshop.

The default installation folders for Automation Workshop are C:\Program Files\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\ (for 64-bit and 32-bit versions, respectively).

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Febooti Automation Workshop\
  • C:\Program Files\Febooti Automation Workshop\

Upon installation of Automation Workshop the following files are copied into the specified installation folder:

  • AutomationWorkshop.exe
  • StartAutomationWorkshop.exe
  • AutomationWorkshopAgent.exe
  • AutomationWorkshopService.exe
  • AutomationWorkshopServiceLaunch.exe
  • AutomationWorkshopServiceGuard.exe
  • AutomationWorkshopService.dll
  • AutomationWorkshopServiceNet.dll
  • AutomationWorkshopServiceEvents.dll
  • AutomationWorkshopInteractive.dll
  • AutomationWorkshopCompression.dll
  • libeay32.dll
  • ssleay32.dll
  • license.txt

Besides the files deployed during the installation, Automation Workshop will also save log files and task files in their respective folders located by default in Windows User folder.

  • C:\Users\All Users\Febooti Software\Febooti Automation Workshop\Log Files\
  • C:\Users\All Users\Febooti Software\Febooti Automation Workshop\Task Files\

Note that Log files and Task files on Windows XP operating system are saved into C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Febooti Software\Febooti Automation Workshop\ folder.
