separates header / footer text - &b - header / footer code

By using separator code &b it is possible to adjust format of the header / footer which is used by Internet Explorer to print web pages. Each separator code divides header / footer by number this code is used. For instance, instead of having a header text on left and right sides only, it is possible to add information at center of page header or footer.

If no &b code is used, header / footer text will be aligned at left side of page. If used once, first part of text is aligned at left and second at right side, for example Print text at left margin &b Print text at right margin. If separator is used twice, text will be aligned at left, center, and right, for example Text at left &b Text at center &b Text at right.
