tweak ieZoom toolbar to increase IE functionality and stability

Tweak option page allows to tune up system settings not directly connected with ieZoom toolbar, however quite effective for improving stability and convenience of Internet Explorer usage.

Febooti ieZoom toolbar tips and notes:
- Restore defaults button restores all ieZoom toolbar settings to defaults including not only tweak defaults, but also defaults in all other option tabs.
- When configuring IE for more download streams try to estimate approximately one stream per each 10 kb/s of bandwidth. Of course, it is possible to find out your own optimal stream / bandwidth ratio.
- Fixing Adobe Acrobat compatibility bug positively affects all other third party IE add-ons that previously suffered from this bug.
- Adding more IE download streams allows user to download more than 2 files simultaneously.
