Change file attributes allows modifying almost all file attributes (Read-only attribute, Archive attribute, Hidden attribute, System attribute, Temporary attribute, Offline attribute, Not indexed attribute, Encrypted attribute and Compressed attribute), and see if file / folder has attributes (Reparse point and Sparse file). When changing file attributes keep in mind, that each check box has three states - unchecked (clear this attribute), checked (set this attribute), grayed (don't change this attribute).
