-REGISTER or -R switch allows to enter registration information into Command line email utility in order to remove trial version footer. Additionally, -REGNAME switch allows to enter owner (Your or Your company) name. A more convenient way to register the software is to use GUI registration tool provided with Command line email.
Since version 3.0 Febooti Command line email includes registration tool with graphical user interface (GUI). It should be used for all Windows versions including Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008.
Try using GUI registration tool available from Start Menu instead of Windows command prompt. If impossible, try registering from command line. In such case, though, command prompt should have administrator privileges in order to register the software product.
