OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that a Trigger within particular Task failed to initialize.

SOLUTION.
Verify whether Trigger parameters are correctly specified. Check if path parameter points to existing folder. Another possible reason is that Task user credentials are not valid to access indicated location on the network.
