Trigger not started due to Run As settings

OVERVIEW.
The info message indicates that a Trigger has not been started due to Run As settings. For every Task user can choose if and how it will be executed both when some user is logged into the system and when no user is logged in. If Task is set not to run when some user is logged into the system, no Triggers for this Task will be started as long as some user is logged in. Likewise, if Task is set not to run if no user is logged into the system, Triggers will not be started until some user logs in.
