This Event is part of Send email Action events group.

OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that Send email Action has failed to read a file (e.g. EML, attachments, resources).

POSSIBLE CAUSES.
There is no such file in specified path.

The user account that executes Automation Workshop has no permission to read files in specified path.

Specified local / network disk is not accessible.

SOLUTION.
Check if specified file exists in indicated location.

Login with administrator account to set appropriate permissions. To set permissions open Security tab in specified folder properties, choose user account on which Automation Workshop is executed and mark necessary checkboxes.

Verify if specified drive and location is accessible.
