Failed to write file

This Event is part of Send email Action events group.

OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that Send email Action has failed to write a file (e.g. EML or log file).

POSSIBLE CAUSES.
File name or path contains characters that are not allowed in folder name.

A file with such a name and read-only attribute already exists in specified location.

The user account that executes Automation Workshop has no permission to write files in specified path.

Specified local / network disk is not accessible or is read only.

Disk is full.

SOLUTION.
Verify whether specified path or folder name does not contain characters that are not allowed in folder name.

Ensure that there is not a read-only file with the same name as specified for EML or log file saving.

Login with administrator account to set appropriate permissions. To set permissions open Security tab in specified folder properties, choose user account on which Automation Workshop is executed and mark necessary checkboxes.

Verify if specified drive and location is accessible and is not read only.

Check if the specified disk has enough free space.
