OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that Send email Action has tried to send larger file than maximally allowed 4 GB.

SOLUTION.
Since sending files larger than 4 GB over email is quite unusual, the only solution is to use some compression utility to split file in pieces before attaching them to email message.
