Command RSET failed

This Event is part of Send email Action events group.

OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that the SMTP server has failed to accept RSET command sent by Send email Action when trying to recover from some preceding error (e.g. failed to send separate email 3 of 7). This error may be preceded by Event ID 50400 - Failed to send email.

SOLUTION.
If possible, make sure what factors have led to the situation in which SMTP reset was requested by Send email Action. By eliminating the issues leading to parent problem, the child problem will be solved automatically.
