Command HELO failed

This Event is part of Send email Action events group.

OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that Send email Action has failed to initialize communication session with SMTP server because the latter did not accept HELO command. Possible cause is that SMTP server expects to receive a custom HELO name. Custom HELO name can be specified in Send email Action properties Server tab.
