Failed to prepare email for sending

This Event is part of Send email Action events group.

OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that Send email Action has failed to prepare email for sending. It is shown when Send email only upon attachment availability and encoding success option is enabled in Send email Action properties Options tab. Possible cause of Send email Action to prepare email is either that email settings are incorrect or that error occurs during writing temporary file.

SOLUTION.
Check the preceding error message to see what has caused the failure. Verify email settings to ensure their correctness.

Verify if the drive on which temp folder is located has enough free space.
