Failed to write EML file

This Event is part of Send email Action events group.

OVERVIEW.
The error indicates that Send email Action has failed to write EML file. It is shown when Save email to .EML file instead of sending option is enabled in Send email Action properties Advanced tab. Possible cause of Send email Action to save EML file is either that email settings are incorrect or that there is a specific file writing error.

SOLUTION.
Check the preceding error message to see what has caused the failure. Verify email settings to ensure their correctness.

Verify whether specified path or folder name where EML file is to be saved does not contain characters that are not allowed in folder name.

Check if an EML file with read-only attribute and such a name is not already in specified location.

Login with administrator account to set read / write permissions for specified folder. To set permissions open Security tab in specified folder properties, choose user account on which Automation Workshop is executed and mark necessary checkboxes.

Verify if specified drive and location is accessible and is not read only.

Check if the specified disk has enough free space.
