This Event is part of Run DOS / Cmd command Action events group.

OVERVIEW.
The warning indicates that Automation Workshop has failed to retrieve errorlevel of DOS / Cmd command (or last command in batch file). Can not retrieve [Command] status warning is shown when Windows reports that the command is terminated, but does not recognize Automation Workshop request for errorlevel value.
