Options tab of Move file Action allows configuring Action specific parameters such as moving subfolders and overwriting destination files.

| Options properties | Description |
| Include subfolders | Enable checkbox to also move files located in subfolders of specified folder. |
| Overwrite destination files | If enabled, overwrites destination files that have the same name. |
| Only if source file is newer | If enabled, only files older than those being moved will be overwritten. |
| Do not overwrite read-only files | Enable to do not overwrite read-only destination files. |
| This Action is enabled | Action is performed only if checkbox is enabled. Action can be disabled by removing the mark from This Action is enabled checkbox. When disabled, Move file Action will neither proceed with moving files nor process email or other reports. |
